Limited One Year Warranty

Zimmerman Painting, Inc. values its customers and will diligently work to exceed client expectations. We are licensed and insured with full coverage liability insurance so you can have peace of mind. We understand that we are only as good as our reputation so we strive to earn your respect by completing work in a timely, courteous and professional manner.

Subject to the limitations set forth below, Zimmerman Painting will provide a limited workmanship warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of project completion. Zimmerman Painting will repair peeling, blistering, and chipping paint resulting from defective workmanship.

For this warranty to be effective, client must:

• Pay the full agreement price
• Retain a copy of the original agreement

The limited one-year warranty does not cover:

• Any work where Zimmerman Painting does not provide the paint materials
• Any work not performed by Zimmerman Painting
• Repairs to horizontal surfaces by which moisture gathers
• Color fade of the paint material
• Bleeding caused by knots, rust or cedar
• Cracks in drywall, plaster or wood
• Peeling, blistering and chipping paint caused by:
  • Abnormal use or misuse
  • Peeling of layers of paint from work performed by a previous contractor other than Zimmerman Painting
  • Structural defects
  • Structural settling and movement
